WE ARE CURRENTLY TAKING A BREAK FROM FOOD PRODUCTION

We are a kitchen focused on producing food that nourishes all aspects of our selves and planet Earth. We aim to grow our own produce by using biodynamic and regenerative (living soil, closed loop system) methods as well as responsibly sourcing other ingredients. All our food is naturally free from soya, palm oil, modern grains, artificial preservatives, margarines and refined sugars. 

After a wonderful but tiring experience of running our own shop and kitchen full time, we are currently slowing down and taking a break from food production. After refocusing on what our intentions for Amala have always been (food as medicine), we are now moving away from catering and heading into the world of herbal preparations, fermentations and other sweets and snacks good for the soul. Previous catering experience has included food markets, events, lunchtime work delivery, private orders and supper clubs.
